Attorney Bio

Since 2019 R/A/Z Law Group has been servicing the legal needs of medical and dental entrepreneurs in wide variety of real estate and asset sale negotiations. Since becoming an attorney in 2016, Robert Anthony “Trey” Zamorano III, the founding member of R/A/Z Law Group has been involved in over 600 practice transitions, asset sales, and real estate transactions. Trey has worked with businesses and practices of various sizes across the country, from the tri-state area to southern California. Prior to launching R/A/Z Law Group, Trey worked as general counsel for a national healthcare focused real estate and mergers & acquisitions advisory firm, and as an attorney on the national real estate team of a Top 50 Am Law firm.

Trey’s notable transactions include:

  • Disposition of a 9 location Medicare focused dental practice to a national dental service organization.

  • Disposition of the assets of a dairy manufacturer's whey processing division and sublease of its 250K square foot production facility to a private equity group making dairy by-products.

  • Acquisition of 100 acres from a public-private joint venture for a sustainable fuel production facility.

  • Disposition of a 6 location dental practice to a national dental service organization.

  • Negotiation of various distribution center leases for Fortune 100 home good and consumer retailers ranging from ~75K SF - ~200K SF.

  • Office leasing for a 40+ floor landmark tower located in downtown Chicago adjacent to Millenium Park.
