Rebecca Reeder

Of Counsel

First licensed in 2001, Rebecca Reeder is admitted to practice in both Tennessee and Florida, where she advises businesses, property owners, and entrepreneurs on complex transactional matters.


Rebecca’s practice focuses on real estate transactions, corporate formation and governance, business immigration, and personal contracts. She has guided clients through sophisticated property transfers, international real estate contracts, and corporate compliance challenges. Her background includes serving as associate counsel for a publicly traded company, where she supported nationwide and international operational and transactional needs. She later practiced with the Fanelli Law Firm in St. Petersburg, Florida, advising clients on real estate, and business matters.


Major matters include:

  • Actively assisting in the privatization of a public company, and the initial public offering of a private company.

  • Transfer of air rights from property owners to state government.

  • International property leases.

  • Property leases pertaining to federal and local government contracts.


Fluent in German, Rebecca has conducted legal work and negotiated agreements in both English and German. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law with a certificate in civil mediation, and completed advanced studies in international law in Madrid, Spain. Rebecca currently resides in St. Petersburg, Florida where she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
