With an extensive background in banking and finance, Rich Wilson built his legal career around business law, oil and gas law, and estate planning after becoming an attorney in 2016. Rich offers clients a rare combination of legal knowledge and financial insight, drawing upon his prior experience serving as an FDIC bank examiner, a bank vice president, and a financial consultant. This diverse background allows him to approach legal matters with a deep understanding of business operations, financial risk, and industry regulation.

Rich earned his JD from the University of Tulsa College of Law with a concentration in Energy and Corporate Law, and holds a Master’s degree in Business from Southern Methodist University.
